Jenny Caso is a Florida REALTOR, entrepreneur, team leader, and mentor with more than fifteen years in the real estate industry. She works with Lifestyle International Realty out of downtown Orlando and serves families across Central Florida, from Orlando and Lake Nona to Kissimmee, Clermont, Davenport, Winter Haven, and Ocala.
Her specialty is first-time buyers. That means walking people through what they can genuinely qualify for, which financing options and down payment assistance programs apply to them, how to compete on an offer, and what actually happens between contract and closing. The goal is that nobody signs anything they do not understand.
She is also deeply experienced in new construction throughout Central Florida. She helps buyers compare communities and builders, read what an incentive package is really worth, understand lot premiums and design center pricing, and negotiate terms that make a brand-new home genuinely more affordable rather than just more appealing in the model home.
Beyond first-time and new construction buyers, Jenny works with foreign national buyers purchasing in Florida, military families, buyers looking for vacation and second homes, and sellers preparing to list. Every part of that process is available in English or Spanish.
As the founder and leader of Top Agents Team, Jenny leads and mentors agents who want to grow their production and build real businesses. She is also the founder of Emprende en Real Estate, an educational platform focused on helping Realtors become more strategic and more confident through training, mentorship, personal branding, and proven strategy.
